Safety: As with all dog toys and clothing, please supervise your pet while wearing their bandana.

 

Cleaning & Care: Machine or hand wash in cold water with like colors and dry on low. Use a warm iron if necessary. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy: Butthead Bandanaz wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn bandana and receive a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Sizing: Butthead Bandanaz are worn over-the-collar. For this reason, it is best to measure the size of the collar rather than measuring your dog’s neck. Most people like how the bandana lays when it covers about two-thirds of the collar. For more information about sizing, please check out our sizing chart.

Production time: Butthead Bandanaz are made-to-order. Once your order is received, your dog’s bandana will be started within two business days and ship with five days of your order. The only exceptions are large or custom orders, which may take longer.

 

Shipping: Currently the store is set up to only ship domestically. If you are an international customer, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss shipping options with you. For orders over $200 we offer free shipping.

Custom Orders & Special Requests: Butthead Bandanaz takes pride in offering carefully curated fabric choices in an array of sizes. But we can’t always cover all needs. For those rare cases, we offer custom orders and individual requests. You may request a specific fabric theme or size. When placing custom orders for a specific fabric, please understand that this will effect the production timeline and may add to the cost. Business Custom Orders: For businesses, we offer custom made fabrics using your logo and a secondary fabric theme of your choice. These bandanas make great promotional and customer appreciation gifts.
